How It Works
It's really quite simple!
This is a voluntary employee benefits plan. All employees are enrolled with the option to "opt out" during the enrollment campaign we administer prior to the start date. We handle 99% of the administrative activity necessary for this plan.
Employees receive zero deductible health benefits via a Cafe' Plan premium.
When employees receive qualified care or complete a qualified engagement activity, a CPT code related to the type of care provided initiates a claim payment right into their paycheck through our proprietary software. That's it!
Enrolled Employees receive hospital indemnity benefits, surgical , anesthesia, accident , critical illness, RX plan, virtual consultations, mental health and wellcare benefits.
Employers do not contribute to the plan premium, claim payments or claim pool distributions and therefore they realize an average of $800 per enrolled employee annually added to the EBITDA & company valuation.
